with over 100 other lenders, giving us the flexibility to place
some of the more difficult loans that larger banks cannot handle.
Whether we utilize a one year
Long Term Rate Lock, Model Home Sale Leaseback Program, or any
of our hundreds of other programs, our builders benefit from a
95% capture rate, which translates into more control, and more
successful closes.
