Overview

Pacific Financial handles all aspects of the home financing process for new home sales.

Having financed hundreds of new homes for various builders, we have the experience and the lender relationships that will help you retain control of the process, thereby reducing "drop outs" and standing inventory, and subsequently helping you to sell more homes.

We work in partnership with our builders and the community, researching innovative loan programs and developing marketing programs that create buying opportunities for your buyers. Through these programs, we have been able to maintain a 92% capture rate for our homebuilders.

Our philosophy is founded on creating value by forging long term partnerships with all parties involved in the building process. We are active members of the Building Industry Association, BIA Sales & Marketing Council, and are strong supporters of HomeAid. With HomeAid, we partnered in creating a cause related marketing program whereby we donate a portion of every dollar earned in our homebuilder division to help the transitionally homeless in our community.
