The solution is simple; when an appointment is made to show a potential buyer a home, the Agent pre-approves the client. If they are ready to purchase, the Agent wants to know they are pre-approved with a lender they can trust. If the buyer is not ready, Pacific Financial works with the buyer continuously until they are approved. The Agent is then notified the client is ready to be shown homes they can buy and close on immediately.
