days before they actually are ready to buy. As a Realtor,
this seems discouraging considering time is valuable especially
in today's market. What Realtors really need is someone
who is ready to buy a home today. Pacific Financial has
created a partnership program with real estate agents who
have interested buyers that may have one or more of the
concerns listed.
The solution is simple;
when an appointment is made to show a potential buyer a home,
the Agent pre-approves the client. If they are ready to purchase,
the Agent wants to know they are pre-approved with a lender
they can trust. If the buyer is not ready, Pacific Financial
works with the buyer continuously until they are approved.
The Agent is then notified the client is ready to be shown
homes they can buy and close on immediately.
